Even thought this is the at home program, don't be fooled into thinking its easy! You will still get a killer workout, just minus the annoyance of having to go to the gym. I would highly recommend that anyone who is considering getting this product or who is worried about dealing with what other people will think of them at the gym should buy this program.
I am in love with this program! Crush60 is super easy to follow, highly customizable, and there is an amazing built in support network of fellow crushers out there! This program doesn't try to get you to buy a ton of products or equipment - it is only about getting you to your best. I honestly could go on and on about this program, I've never been so motivated and excited to work out.
Crush at home is great for either home or a small gym with less extensive equipment. Workouts are are slightly shorter then regular Crush60- but just as thorough and with Cardio worked in! One of the biggest perks is being a part of the Crush community- which is the most positive and affirming group I have ever been part of!
