Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, mix each scoop of Crush® Pre-Workout with 6-8oz. of water, varying the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor level. Start with 1 scoop or less to assess your tolerance. Consume prior to exercise on training days. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS PER DAY.

Literally the best pre

I have tried nearly every pre on the market and believe me when I say, this one is the BEST!! High energy but no jitters, GREAT pump, will get you super sweaty in the best way, and lemon berry is hands down my favorite flavor ever. Cannot recommend this product enough

Better than coffee

In addition to working out-I work 12 hour shifts 4 days a week. This preworkout doesn't give me the jitters, lasts longer than coffee, and tastes amazing! Seriously helps me get through the day. I highly recommend!

FAVORITE FLAVOR

I was introduced to Crush over a year ago and I have loved it ever since! I never get the shakes or an upset stomach from it. IT ALWAYS TASTES SO SO SO GOOD and fast shipping. Lemonberry has hands down been my favorite flavor so far!
