What is Crush At Home?
Want to try crush, but don’t have access to a gym? Then Crush At Home may be the solution for you! Crush At Home is a versatile program that can also be done at home or in any gym - all you need is a piece of cardio equipment (even a place to run counts) and something to lift (i.e., dumbbells). The workouts in this guide are about 45 min long and consist of a combination of resistance and circuit style training. The workouts are fast-paced with cardio, bodyweight, and weighted exercises that will help you build and tone your muscles while also working up a sweat to help you lose weight and increase your cardiovascular endurance.
